Umujyi wa Kigali wafunze by’agateganyo imirimo ya Hotel Top Tower, iherereye mu Karere ka Gasabo.
Ushinzwe itangazamakuru mu Mujyi wa Kigali, Sibomana Martin, yabwiyeIzubarirashe.rw mu gitondo cyo kuri uyu wa Gatatu, tariki ya 22 Kamena 2016, ko iyi hoteli iri gukorerwaho igenzura ry’ubukomere.
